Glenview Remodel
Rok Solutions had the opportunity to do a full renovation from top to bottom for our Glenview, IL client.
The project includes:
Refinish existing hardwood flooring
Remove existing carpet in bedrooms, and install hardwood flooring
Complete paint on interior to include 6 different colors including accent walls
Bathroom remodeling included removing existing flooring and sub flooring and replace with plank porcelain tile flooring, remove wallpaper, reclaimed woods shelves with custom bent brackets, installed new vanity, toilet and mirror and light fixture
Build custom cabinetry to accent entertainment center
Build a custom niche where the existing wall oven was to create usable storage for cookbooks, trimming it out with locally sourced reclaimed wood, added a light above it.
